Descriptions, contents and prices are shown on the relevant product or collection page. Prices are shown in the currency selected for your shopping country. Any applicable delivery charge is shown before payment. Where a product is described as Irish-made, its maker or origin is identified. Imported decorating ranges are not described as Irish-made or handmade.

Delivery

For Republic of Ireland delivery, standard delivery is €8.95 below €95 and free from €95 after discounts. See our Delivery Information page.

United States delivery

US delivery is available for the Irish Christmas Glass — Six-Piece Collection only. Each set is packed separately and tracked shipping is charged per set, as confirmed at checkout. Import duty, taxes and carrier handling charges are not included in our checkout total. The recipient pays these separately through An Post’s payment partner before export. Estimates are not guaranteed customs quotes. For gifts, provide the recipient’s email address and tell them about these charges in advance.

Customs payment and clearance can delay dispatch or arrival. No guaranteed arrival date is offered. See our Shipping Policy for the payment deadline and address requirements.

Cancellation and returns

Standard, non-personalised goods have the online cancellation rights described on our Returns & Cancellation page. Clearly personalised goods are excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
