Shipping policy

Delivery in the Republic of Ireland

Standard delivery is €8.95 per order and free from €95 after discounts. The final charge is shown at checkout before payment. These rates apply to Republic of Ireland delivery.

Dispatch and arrival

Orders are prepared and packed in County Offaly. If you need an order for a particular date, email us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

When dispatched, we send confirmation and tracking where available. Please check your delivery address and Eircode carefully.

Fragile and gift orders

Presentation packaging is protected inside an appropriate outer shipping carton. If your parcel arrives damaged, delayed or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photographs where helpful so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.

United States delivery

US delivery is available for the Irish Christmas Glass — Six-Piece Collection only. Each set travels in its own protective parcel. Tracked shipping is €35 per set, converted to USD; the final charge is shown at checkout.

Import duty, taxes and carrier handling charges are paid separately by the recipient through An Post’s payment partner before export. They are not included in the product or shipping price. Any estimates shown are not guaranteed customs quotes. The recipient must check their inbox and spam folder and pay within the deadline in the payment email, currently five calendar days. For gifts, provide the recipient’s email address and tell them about these charges before ordering.

Please provide a full street address, city, state and ZIP code. PO Boxes are not accepted. Customs payment and clearance can delay dispatch or arrival; no guaranteed arrival date is offered. Unpaid parcels may be returned to Ireland. Contact us promptly if you need help. Our returns policy applies; recovery of import charges is subject to the applicable customs and carrier process.
