Returns and cancellation

For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. No reason is required. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Email ingleandevergreen@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please pack fragile items securely.

You are responsible for direct return-postage costs for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee. Necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods are covered by us.

For a cancelled order, we refund the price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of being notified of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of sending them, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

Personalised goods

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your individual choice or clearly personalised goods. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract. Written for You is currently paused.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and details. Your statutory rights, including rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where applicable, are not limited by this policy. You deal with Ingle & Evergreen as the seller.
